Where is Studio Eleven located?

A safe and accessible location with plenty of free parking for both clients and providers.

Is parking free?

Yes! There is free parking available for both clients and service providers in front of the studio and along the street. 

What is the studio environment like?

Studio Eleven is designed to be clean, professional, and welcoming. Each provider works in their own private room, while shared spaces like the waiting area and washroom are maintained for comfort and convenience.

How do I book an appointment?

Each service provider manages their own bookings. You can find their contact details in our Studio Directory and book directly with them.

What types of professionals can rent a room at Studio Eleven?

We welcome beauty, wellness, and personal service providers including lash artists, hairstylists, estheticians, PMU artists, nail technicians, counselors, and more.

What is included in the room rental?

All rentals include WiFi, utilities, access to shared common areas (waiting area, washroom, kitchenette), free client/staff parking, and on-site laundry. Each room is private, lockable, and regularly maintained.

How big are the rooms and what do they cost?

Rooms range from 60 sq/ft to 160 sq/ft, with weekly rates starting at $165 and going up to $525, depending on size and features.

Do I need my own clients?

Yes — Studio Eleven provides the space, but each professional is fully independent and responsible for their own bookings and clientele.

Can I customize my room?

Absolutely! Each room is a blank canvas. You’re welcome to add décor, signage, and furniture (within guidelines) to make the space reflect your brand.

Do you help service providers get clients?

While each provider runs their own business, Studio Eleven often features providers on our social media and website to help boost visibility. Word-of-mouth within our collective is also a great way to grow.
